    my 1530 had lots of issues and is about to die as we speak.

    160F - gpu and 140F+ cpu stupid nvidia and defective gpu's

    cant wait to get the new laptop

    The issue is not abnormally high temperatures, its failing after heat cycles. Are you returning your M1530?

    Ok..so once you receive the 1730, you will be sending your 1530 back!

    You should have something via e-mail with Case #, and/or ref. number or even an ESD by now????

    i did the basics for pretty much what i could order but at least requested the best video card for my troubles. the tech rep i dealt with refused to help me which infuriated me into requesting a upgrade replacement.

    WOW WHAT?? man they gave me a hard time about swapping my keyboard and they swap a 1530 for the 1730 thats awesome for you but sucks for evryone else thats been just trying to get their 1730 exchanged for a new one like me.. congrats

    You will love your M1730. I wish mine had the 8800's, but I don't play games anyway, so the 8700's will be fine.
