    studio 1555 or XPS 16

    Hi everyone, I understand the answer may be a little biased because I am posting in the Studio XPS forum, but I have small question.

    For about the same price, which one would you recommend, the top studio 1555 version (1199$ CDN) or the low end XPS 16 (1299$)

    Both laptops are almost the same size, but the xps16 seems to have the better GPU which is somewhat important for me since i'll do some gaming on the machine. How does the 4570 compare to the 3670?

    Both computers have a 2.4ghz montevina chip, but the xps has ddr3 ram.
    Also, when buying online, the studio 1555 has a discount and the price before discount is much higher than the XPS, I plan on buying before september, so I dont care about waiting until then. Do you think the XPS 16 will eventually have some online discounts ?


    I am a little confused over all this :)
