    Hello, I have a problem, put the Win XP stopped working and the 3 buttons: n, p and Up. Tell me how to solve this problem. thanks

    Do they work in Vista or 7? What about in BIOS?

    on win7 was exact same problem, but also did not work the other buttons: n, p, o th, n, y, and some figures. In the BIOS default settings (Do not know how to do print screen)

    In BIOS you should be able to navigate the menus with the arrow keys if they are working. Is that possible?

    No, I'm just trying to see if the up arrow key works in BIOS. If it does, then this is more likely a software issue, if it doesn't, then your keyboard is most likely dead. Does the up arrow key work in BIOS and not in Windows?

    When was Win7,. then up arrow key works in windows and in BIOS. After reinstalling on winXP up arrow key dont works in windows and in BIOS: - \

    I think you should just get a new keyboard and see if it solves your problem. It shouldn't be too expensive... maybe $15 to $20.

    Cleaned the keyboard from dirt and buttons earned. Thank you for your attention to my problem.
