So i was just about to click in my order to Dell for a new sxps13 but got cold feet cause the price tag is just a lil over my budget. I decided to look into refurbs and found one that will save me a good chuck of change and the only difference is 320gb vs 500gb hard drive and 9500ge vs 210m cards, both have 2.66 processor and 4 gigs of ram and same everything else.

the hard drive isnt so much a big deal but the card got me thinking. ive been looking through the forums and found some info but i dont understand the whole benchmark thing.

i dont expect this lappy to be a gaming rig, i just want to be able to play some games during my gaps at school or when ever im away from my rig. i dont mind if i have to run low settings as long as frame rates are playable. On my home rig i play ALOT of games so thats where i get most of my gaming fix.

i would like to know if the older card has enough juice to play games? will the 9500 ge be able to run most games and new games at low setting with playable frame rates? and if not will the 210m be able to?

I'd like to save some money but if the difference is worth it then i might as well go for 210m since this lappy will be with me till i graduate. (and that might be a long time....)

Hey, just a heads up, you can get a 20% off Dell outlet coupon on ejunkie or ebay. they expire tonight though, so you would have to get on it. They will work on any laptop in the outlet.
