I have removed norton antivirus yesterday and while i was removing it the fan was running quickly maybe because it was a big program file.

however after i uninstalled it completely the fan was keep running fast with noise so i turned off the laptop and waited until it cooled down.

next day i turned on my laptop..now the fan is still keep running really fast

same as yesterday even if none of programs are running and never stops.

Just turned on my laptop..and waited like 20mins but the fan is keep running really fast..even if the laptop is completely cooled

is it something to do with norton antivirus???

No norton does not hack your bios mate, and your bios aint on the hard drive (AFAIK lol) so its just your lappy must be getting hot try HWMonitor and tell us what the temps are after you have run some load intensive programs for a while.
