    hey guys
i got my new m1330 a couple days ago and had a question about hdmi outputting thats been driving me crazy! i have searched this forum about my problem, but i couldnt find clear answers. i recently got an hdmi to hdmi chord to plug in my m1330 to my hdtv. i know for a fact that my tv supports 1080i output(xbox360 works fine), but when i try and plug in my m1330 when i try to change the resolution of my tv maxes out at 1360x768. not sure if this is right ...but it doesnt feel right. the quality isnt 100% (my macbook plugged in looks better (minidvi-dvi-hdmi)). the colors look kinda grainy? if anyone can give me a step by step guide or any kind of help to get my tv getting to look better that would be so awesome. thanks!

p.s. do i always have to right click sound and switch output to hdmi for my tv to get sound from my lappy? is there an automatic switch i can do?

What matters is the resolution of the screen rather than the input signal it supports. For example a lot of Panasonic (non 1080P) displays will accept 1080i signals but the native screen resolution is 1024x768. Therefore when the M1330 connects to it, that is the resolution it supports.

The screens resolution is what really matters. If 1360x768 is the number of pixels on your TV, that should be the right number...

cool thanks for your reply praneeth.
i see that some people are able to change their HD signal in nvidia's control panel. when i open my control panel, i am not able to do this. im running 169.09 and am thinking that maybe its not outputting at the highest quality. i am still getting kind of a grainy picture.
