well this only started to happen recently

well my sister is like telling me not to plug in my charger all the time from the beginning when i got my laptop and let it drain all before recharging, but I read that these are lithium batteries so there is not memory so its ok to keep charging it and better not to discharge

and my battery came fully charge when i got it?

    well my problem...
i notice that one night that i let my battery run low like on windows there is like a "x" on the battery icon saying only 22min left and my battery indicator led on my laptop flash red and blue. so i plug in my charger to laptop then charger to outlet but when i plug it in there was a white spark on plug to charge? just a little one. when plug in my battery indicator led still flash blue/red and i notice my battery was not charging after a while cuz it still said same % on my battery and was not increasing but windows indicated it was plug in. so i touch my charge it was cold (usually its warm when charging)(charge led still on) i did these before but it charge everytime. i try powering down and leaving it to charge over night.

wakes up next day. still at the same %. O_O Then i read the manual saying if the battery is too hot it wont charge? (amber light on battery led) So i unplug and left it for few hours and replug it in and still wont charge the red/blue led flashing. i then took the battery off laptop and put it back on and charge it and started to charge normally (just blue battery led no flashing)

next time my battery runs low again like red/blue battery led flash again. did not charge again. had to take off battery again.

it seems to charge ok if i dont let the blue/red indicator led flash (run really low)

so should i call dell and ask for new battery or they will refuse me? or is it even the battery problem LOL
