I do have a question about the CPU temperature. I'm using CPUID HArdware Monitor (under 32bit Vista)to monitor the temperature and I am pretty concerned about constantly working fan (even when the cpu temperature is under 50 C). The threshold under which the system goes dead silent is 44-46 C. Is that normal?

    What are your results?
    Thanks for opinions

while im browsing the internet my fan can be silent 10 minutes at the most and around 5 minutes the least. but I have an 8400gs in my machine so that can be a factor aswell.
