i have an m1330 on the way with an led screen, 160 gb 7200rpm free fall sensor hardrive, lojack accidental, and warranty for 3 years. wireless n card 6 and 9 cell battery 3 gigs of ram, 8400m gs graphics, basically the m1330 is pretty packed. now the m1530 i configured is a 1490x900 screen and only other things i changed were color and procesor up to 2.2 equalling the m1330. which would you think is better im pulling towards the m1330 for its smaller size and great deal i have on it while the m1530 is bigger but nice as well and better graphics. all i want from the graphics is to play like company of heroes, and starcraft 2 when it comes out so im not sure which one is the best for me plus id be going to college and my brother says the m1330 is smalller and lighter so might be nicer.

If only COH and Starcraft 2 are your concerns, the increased battery life, and smaller lighter overall system will be good for you when you in college.

You're a gamer. Starcraft and Heroes the only games you'll play for the life of the laptop? If not, keep weighing your options. What's more important, increased performance or increased portability? Figure that out and you have your answer.

If you bring it to class, a smaller one would be more convenient of course, but chances are you're gonna get distracted lol, half the people I see in my classes with laptops are on facebook or messenger. I don't bring my laptop to class, only some meetings/presentations, so I went with 1530.

Probably a typo. But Blizzard will want as many people to play Starcraft 2 seeing how popular the original was. The game will be very scalable and the 8400GS should handle it just fine. It may not run with everything on high, but I mix of medium and a few high details.
