I just purchased a philip lcd tv (42PFL6704D/F7), I plugged it with a hdmi cable to my m1330, image works well, but i get not sound from the tv...

I did a lot of searches, every answer is about set the correct "sound device". I tried everything and had not luck :(

    can someone help me?

PS: it has audio when i watch TV.

Do have IDT for your sound? Not sure what the XPS M1330's have. I think you like right-click the HDMI icon or something inside the IDT Control Panel?

when you change to hdmi make sure you click the default tab or it will default back to speakers.

Also make sure you close down the media player your using and restart it for the new output to take effect
