    is the xps 15 keyboard same as dell studio 15?

    ive had my old xps15 for a while and a few buttons are starting to fall.. so im trying to replace the keyboard but cant seem to find any.

    No they are different. The XPS 15 is more of a chiclet style keyboard. The Studio 15 keyboard doesn't have the spaces between the keys like the XPS 15 does.

    I've found my keyboards previously on eBay. Here is an XPS 15 keyboard. Though, if your laptop is under warranty you can get Dell to replace it.

    Be careful buying on ebay. Most of them are low quality ones. Buy only if he says its OEM or original dell

    the thing is, im in the UK and purchased my laptop from the US a while back, so i think ive gotta send it back to us if i want to claim my warranty :/
