    I just wondering if 3-year XPS Premier Service is claimable on the overseas? does "3-year XPS Premier Service" include parts, labour, and home one site service?

    yes it does, however you need to go to the dell website and fill a form

    NO. depend the country, If the country not has compatible hardware, can't. so, dell not any black and white say: 'internatinal warranty support'

    that also why you ask this question ! dell website not any policy for promise 'internatinal warranty support'.

    Some user from india local support also has a big problems. So, depend your country and luck.

    basically yes. I live on an island and they can send parts from USA to here.
