its a local deal with someone from craiglist site. It's dell studio 1340, 2.53 core 2 duo, 4 gb ram, 320 gb hard drive, and the nvidia 9500m video card. his listed price was 900 CAD but he agreed on 850 canadian and we are meeting up tomorrow. its only 3 months use on and off , so I just want to knoww is that a good price for me to buy?? And does the nvidia 9500m cause heat issues or is it the only 8400 and 9400 cards?? Please let me know so I can feel confident whether to buy it or no

I'm not sure that's a fantastic price for it or not. Also, I use my 1340 on a notebook cooler when gaming, so it's hasn't been an issue for me with the 9500M. When using the 9400 only, the heat is fine. Also, if you order one from Dell, you'll get it with Windows 7 already on it. Have you compared it to Dell outlet units or from deal coupons online?

it goes for 1399 on Dell website after 279 in savings and that is plus tax, and it has same exact specifications, ive seen dell 13 with nvidia 9400 and 2.4 ghz go for slightly lower price but the huge difference in price from dell site makes me want to think its a gud deal but just want to make sure

Well, if you like it then go for it. Just make sure to get the warranty transferred and you're set.
