Hey guys I have had my SXPS 1645 for almost 8 months now and I recently have had issues with it. Whenever I turn it on, it seems to boot fine (maybe a few more clicks then usual) and the boot up screen is tinted blue and the screen flashes. The OS seems to work fine as it logs in and everything, yet the screen tint and flashing remains. I assume its a problem with the RGBLED display, but I am not sure how exactly I can remedy this problem. Any advice would be well appreciated. Thanks guys.

What's your brightness set to? I get that if my brightness is really low.

I think I have read posts from other users with a similar problem before. Try removing the battery (with the power off and unplugged). Then press the power button for a few seconds to drain any remaining power left in the system. Put the battery back in and power up the system. If this doesn't help, then it is probably an issue with the display or video card and you should contact Dell. I assume you should still be under warranty since you had it for 8 months.

I had a similar problem, it the screen was greenish blue though, as if the red light was turned off.. the other problem is the screen may not even turn on when I start it up. Like a previous user said, when that happens remove power including the battery, then it should work again. I found it seems to due this more often in high humidity, like after I steam cleaned my apartment.
