    I have the xps 17 l702x two months now with the 1080 AG screen 8 gb ram, 550 1gb card and bluray - I am satisfied with it only problem up to now was that the palmrest assembly wasnt placed properly and a Dell technician fitted a new one in.also,I just changed colour settings for screen. I odered it from Greece. The only problem is that the Greek keyboard isnt backlit, I dont mind an Enlish US or UK one. Dell here in Greece told me that they don't bring Enlish backlit keyboards. If I can get a genuine one from the US or UK they can fit it in so that the warranty still covers the laptop although I believe I can do it too. If anyone can give me some info about which sites or where I could buy and have it shipped to Greece. Saw some post about parts people-US... Also if possible what is the part no or serial no.Thanks

    I'd check ebay..

    otherwise you may be able to get the part number (i believe it's 2WCP0) and see if dell usa will sell internationally..
