Can anyone help me figure out what i need to do to make windows recognize all my cores and threads?
In the bios i do not see anything options about multicore.
Ive deleted the cpu driver and let windows reinstall it.

Ive had this issue before on another computer but i forgot what i had to do to resolve the problem.

open a run line (windows key + R) type msconfig. Go to boot tab and click advanced options. Make sure the number of processors box is unchecked.

have you tried reinstalling from dell drivers instead of letting windows update look for them, I had an issue when looking for the gpu driver from the official site of nvidia and turned out it only works with dell drivers.

Use the BIOS method from here.

    http://forum.notebookreview.com/del...os-modding-gpu-oc-fun-profit.html#post6754282

No need to use the provided BIOS files, just the method which allows you to install whatever version (you may need to extract the A12 BIOS for example to the correct format to run it via this).

add: I should add that I've had this problem too after BIOS update. But in my case, a reboot fixed it and all cores 'came back'.
