    hi this is maybe a bit of a longshot but was wondering if anyone on here knew where i could get a replacement set of internal speakers for my dell xps 15 9550, i contacted dell numerous times spent hours on the phone and always told i would receive an email which never arrived. thanks

    check ebay, seen alot of replacement parts there.

    If you thinking that an audio problem might be fixed by changing speakers then think again cause I've had speakers replaced for audio problem and issue remained the same.

    its not the audio crackling problem that is my issue its that the speaker on the left hand side is completely dead no sound whatsoever only sound coming from the speaker on the right hand side :( have tried ebay as past month or so now and no luck in finding any speakers

    Have you checked for a loose speaker cable?

    the speakers are connected tinto the 1 cable if what im lead to believe is right thats why i thought if 1 side worked then surely it was connected right

    I have come across plugs with a pin pushed back during assembly, eventually is shakes loose or shorts a few times and creates a gap.
