well i bought my m1530 on the 16th june and got it on the 26th june.
it was in production on the 20th i think.

does this mean my Graphics card is a defect?
it usually goes from about 58c to 68c in about 2-4 min and then fans brings it too 58c and it goes up again.....

There are 2 separate issues people are having.
The first which seems to mostly affect the M1330, is overheating of the machine due to the small chassis, poor heat sink implementation, and or faulty fans.
The second is failing Nvidia GPU chips due to the first issue of overheating but also due to constant cold/heat cycles, expansion/contraction.
Nvidia hasn't specified which chips are affected, they just said some "previous generation" GPUs.
That the 8600GT is one of them is a rumour at the moment.

Your temps are normal and your machine is not overheating, however this does not mean your GPU couldn't fail in the future if it turns out that the 8600GT is among the faulty chips.

Lol if it isn't crashing on a hot day then I think your fine. In one desktop system I had it couldn't run games too long before overheating if it was an extra hot summers day (Shouldn't have been inside anyway hehe)
