    my friend just told me that his dell xps m1210 which hes had for about 1 year just overheated and fried....so he recommended to me that I either get a fan or a cooling system program...i would assume other people have 1 or the other....could someone give me some ideas and suggestions on if i should do anything. thanks.

    If are concerned about overheating, you can buy a notebook cooler. Plenty of choices ranging from $20-$50.
