    well, i ordered mine on the 10/6/08 and on my order confirmation, it only shows the bluetooth as "Dell TrueMobile 355 internal Bluetooth Module"
    but as i remember, when i was about to order it, it said "Dell™ Wireless 355 Bluetooth + Dell™ Bluetooth 2.0 Stereo Headset - Eur " . is this ok, will i still get the headset ?

    no, it mentions it together. No worries, you will get the headset. Same as with the bluetooth mouse- mentioned together. I have a friend who got one and the mouse came with it. It'll come.

    owais... how long after your order Acknowledgement did your order confirmation come through? not sure how long it takes for dell to process payment. ordered mine 2 days ago and haven't had anything yet...

    i got mine a day after i bought the laptop. i ordered it early in the play like 1-2pm. so if it your confirmation dosent come be today, call them up, there might be a problem.

    what does it say on your order status, after a day or 2, it should be pre-production usually.


    if the headset dosent come, im going to call them and ask for a discount or the headset.

    on order status it says stage 2 pre-production :) but i have still not had the confirmation e-mail. :(

    Very anoying this but tried calling CS but they said as I only had a receipt number and not the confirmation number they couldn't and wouldn't help!!!!! :mad: Will try again later and hopefully not get someone who's about as usefull as a turd
