hello guys , i just received my xps 17 and its a great device .and now i want to upgrade it by buying a ssd for it , but i've read a lot of reviews about a problem in this device that the system won't boot if u installed ssd + 7200RPM hd.

and here is a video that i found on youtube about this problem
YouTube - Dell XPS 17 problem with standard HDD + added SSD

so anyone with a ssd can roll out/in this issue.

How can you tell if the mobo for the new XPS 17 (L702x) is actually the new fixed B3 stepping or the old recalled B2?
