Yet ANOTHER issue with my M1710. Insanely high GPU temps (~60 idle 85~-90+ under load)

I keep thinking this is driver related seeing as the 7950 GTX card I got was OEM sealed and is brand new. I installed it today, but the temps are keeping me worried. So far no BSOD or damage control shutdowns, but I am very, very concerned.

Something as simple as the original Halo makes the temps skyrocket from 65~ straight up to 90+.

What do I do? These temps do not seem normal as far as I know. Also my fans are clear from dust.

Is it driver related? These temps are not fahrenheit. They are just degrees/celsius.
