I've had this problem since day 1 with the laptop. I have the n-1030 Bluetooth 3.0 wireless card. I have established BT connection between my Nokia mobile phone and the xps15. However, there is a yellow exclamation mark beside the Nokia icon under Devices and Printers. So when I double click it, the system says "Intel Bluetooth viewer not working" and I cannot get to the BT Operations and Settings stage.

The problem is missing Dell drivers and I have downloaded them from the Dell site. But I can't actually run/execute them on the laptop. One of them initiates the BT technology set up wizard to install the BT technology, but then says halfway thru the process that the BT device monitor failed to start.

The other driver attempts to repair the BT technology but then says there was a problem with the windows installer package.

If anyone has come across these issues, then grateful for any feedback. Adv thx.

Hey, I have the same yellow exclamation mark beside the Nokia icon under Devices and Printers, but I can still transfer files between my laptop and phone and they connect without any problems, I have just ignored it as it doesn't seem to cause any problems for me :)

Can transfer files using the BT icon in the windows notifications box (right hand bottom corner) - but because you can't double click on the Nokia icon within Devices and Printers and thereby get past the BT device operations and settings dialog box, I can't browse files (on my phone) on the laptop.
