    It's a possibility, Alienware stuck a 8800 in a 15". The only limitations would be heat and power, and even those are easy to over come. Include a bigger brick, and use all copper heat sinks and possibly a dedicated cooling fan.

    But drop that, wait until it's launched.

    I think you'll be lucky to see an 8600M with GDDR3 in it.
    I expect it to be more like the XPS M1330 than the M1730.

    Doubt it, I mean it's supposed to be a thin performance laptop, right? Sorta like a 15" XPS M1330.

    Already relieved about the 8600M GT, as opposed to the rumored 8600M GS.
