    Xps 15 l502x spacebar has no backlight

    I ordered my laptop with the backlit keyboard but the spacebar does not get lit, is this supposed to happen?

    There is no "lettering" on a spacebar to backlight. It's a little odd sure, but think of it as the only key without a backlight ON it. You still have the light under/around it though.

    I'm not sure what symbol you would put on a space bar to backlight. A dash or something would be confusing, I guess you could put "SPACE" on it but that isn't standard. All keyboards I have seen don't label the space, so I guess it is kind of understood that in the same way that the only unlabeled key is space bar, then the only unlit key is space?
