I just changed the settings for the touchpad and it's so much better. However the 3-finger flick gestures don't seem to work with Google Chrome, but do with IE 8. The gestures are supposed to either go to the previous page or the next page. Does anyone know how to fix this, or if a fix exists?

Sorry I don't have an answer for your question, but would also be interested in knowing. What settings for the touchpad did you use for Chrome?

I've been able to get it to mostly work installing the Shortcut Manager extension for Chrome. It's a bit of a hassle to configure right but it mostly works on websites, but not on the Chrome pages (non http pages). There might be a better extension available but I couldn't find any, and this works ok for me.

I also do find it a problem with Chrome. What i did was enable Touchpad Tap. It's located in the synaptic's option. Configured the bottom left corner to go back on webpages, while the bottom right corner to go forward.

So instead of the 3 finger flick, it's a one finger tap on the bottom corner of the touchpad. Hope this helps some.
