If you order an XPS from the Dell Outlet, do you get the same level of support as if you'd ordered the XPS new?

yes, the support is the same as if you were purchasing the notebook new. for the XPS line that means typically that a repair technician will be sent out if remote support cannot repair the issue.

i purchased mine from the outlet and the left speaker didnt work. i called and i met up with a dell contracted technician. she actually replaced my speakers at the food court in a local mall! (it was a midway meeting point for us :) )

Isn't the repair technician always sent out if you buy an In-Home service/Complete Care warranty, whether you buy an Inspiron or an XPS?
