I want to make sure I'm on par with others that have an XPS m1530. I always get exactly two hours while wirelessly browsing around on battery. Everything is on, the only difference in settings is the LED LCD monitor is turned down by half. To me this seems a bit low so I thought I'd see what others get.

Thanks in advance for your answers!

    For me..almost 3.5 hours...Now, I have had my 1530 for a bit over a year, and use the 6 cell primarily when *out-and-about* :D
Now, I don't have a LED, and I keep my power on *balanced* all the time.

How long have you had your 6 cell for?

    Cin ;) :)

2 hours is low... if u are within 1 yr of purchase... ask dell for a new battery

use RMClock to check out the current capacity of your battery.. while ur doing that, undervolt ur processor

Cin, the battery is less than a year old.

Paper_wastage, I intend to do just that, thanks!
