    XPS m1330 - Can't adjust screen brightness

    When I wake my laptop up from standby I can't adjust the brightness by pressing the Function and Up brightness key. I have also tried going into windows and selecting different power plans and adjusting the brightness from there but still doesn't work. This happens randomly when I turn on my laptop and I have had this problem for a while now. Any ideas?
