    XPS Studio 13 monitor/cooler issue

    HI,

    I have problem with my XPS Studio 13, the problem started few weeks ago when after some time of working the monitor goes blank. After restart it started working again but after some period of time it goes blank again. So after one week the monitor started going blank just after the power on. I noticed that the cooler didn't cool too. So i open the laptop inside and i check the cooler but it is working correctly. I noticed that when i remove the the metal that transfer the cooling the to processor, the cooler is cooling and the monitor have picture but it lasts only 4-5 seconds because the laptop switch off automatically probably because the cooling metal is off. when i put the cooling metal back the cooler is not working and the monitor too. What kind of issue this could be?
