I got a non OEM matching Dell battery and after charging it it now flashes blue instead of turning off and the blue flashing light is gets annoying? I read from the Dell pdf that it gives these:

If the computer is connected to an electrical outlet, the light operates as follows:
    – Solid blue: The battery is charging.
    – Flashing blue: The battery is almost fully charged.
    – Off: The battery is adequately charged (or external power is not available to charge
    the battery).

But it is flashing blue constantly never going to off as the third line says to indicate full charge. Is this off brand of poor quality that it will do this constantly? And if I went with OEM Dell I shouldn't have this flashing blue once it is fully charged???
