    Are you sure you've looked around? There are A LOT of threads on this already. This question pops out almost everyday.

    ALL SANTA ROSA LAPTOPS, INCLUDING THE ONES WITH PENRYN PROCESSORS, DO NOT SUPPORT DDR2-800/PC6400. The 1530 is still Santa Rosa, so no, it DOES NOT support 800 MHz RAM.
