my xps M1530 keeps freezin most of the time, whenever i boot into my system, its hangs once the desktop loads, nothing works even alt+ctrl+esc, i have to shutdown it manually by press holding the power button. this happens like 3-4 times, after shutting down manually and restarting 3-4 times, the system works fine.
i havent installed anything lately, checked all the process in task manager everything seems fine.

i never let my system to go to standby mode/ sleepin mode, if im AFTK i do only turn off the screen.

what could be the problem? :(

Did this start happening recently? Just out of the blue? Have you tried a clean install?

    Hi,

See if you can boot in safemode and then do some diagnotics. Or see if you can run some test on the hard drive or memory. If you need the details, just simply search online.

    Hope this helps,
    Dien
