Alright, well I've googled this multiple times, but my "beep" seems to be special. It's only happened twice, once a week or two ago, and once just a few minutes ago, and it's only one beep.

It doesn't last very long or repeat, but I'm still worried about it. Anybody have a potential diagnosis and/or cure?

It also doesn't give me a BSOD or any errors at all after the beep, and quite a bit of searching didn't yield me any results, so any help is appreciated.

    Samsung HM251JI

EDIT: Also, looking at your Vista rating in your sig, how did you get that RAM benchmark? I have 4 (3.5) gig stock... and it's my lowest rating at 4.8...

A lot of times it could be indicating a possible drive failure. I'd download HDTune and run a SMART status check on your drive. Most people notice their SMART status decreasing as these beeps occur. Also, contact dell support and see what they have to say about it. Seems to only affect the Samsung drives.
