    Hey,

Will a laptop battery die faster if I charge it twice (0r more) a day? What is the average life of a battery and how many times does the average person charge it per day?

Will it also die faster if u leave it plugged in at 100% charge?

There are many threads with more comprehensive answers, but in short, yes. Your battery will degrade due to continuous top-offs, etc. The best way to use a battery is to discharge to below 20 percent and then completely charge it, however this does not work into the normal schedule. If you are conservative in charging it up for the day and taking out the battery for longer sessions whlie on AC you should be ok for 2+ years. My old acer has only lost about 20-30 minutes and that was with continuous charge/recharge as well as taking it out when I was using it as a desktop.
