I want to upgrade my laptop to 4GB for 64bit Vista and don't know what option to go for. One costs £58 and the other £94. Is it worth the difference in price and will I notice a difference in speed / performance?

I read somewhere that because of the chipset inside the M1330 it won't even notice the faster speed - is this true?

    Proc is Intel duo 2.2

    Thanks for any help.

From everything I have read the M1330 supports up to DDR2-667, so the 800 would be a waste.

Yes you can use the DDR2-800 memory in this notebook but it won't be faster than DDR2-667 on this chipset. So just take the DDR2-667 modules because that's the max for this chipset
