I bought an xps m1330 three days ago using the 250 off coupon. I had never seen one before and I was excited and decided to get it. Now there is a 350 off coupon. Does anyone know if I'm able to talk to a representative and get some sort of compensation such as extra components? or am I out of luck? Thanks for your help!

Try to cancel / re-buy w/ the current coupon.

If you are to late to cancel, refuse delivery/ask for a return label.

Dell is very VERY against 'price matches' / retro-active coupons.

    Hey

Being on coupons, does anyone know if dell offers any better than the 10% that is offered, like 20% or something like that.

I see people in canada and US that have like 300.00 dollar coupons, but we never get this online here in the uk.

Any advise, worth waiting, tried calling, but they keep saying we cannot offer anymore discount than what is on line

Yeh told them about coupons on-line

But they say the best on-line discount is 10%

I did have the xps 1530 down to 899 at one point (uk)

But the deal went that day, and have not found anymore coupons or deals or sales through dell since and that was about a month ago

In zee US, zee Customer is Always Right :)

No, there are no penalites, fines, lashings if you decide to return/cancel. Just gotta do the return within 21 days or you might get dinged the shipping/restocking fee.

I've got 2 M1330s currently... and after tonight's service call to get a screen replaced I will make my final call on which one (or both) go back to Dell on their dime.
