Besides the xps 1710 and 1730, what other xps models are being exchanged under warranty for the 1730?

Don't include the inspiron 1705/9400/9300 or whatever since these aren't guaranteed and Dell will probably push for the i1720 instead. I'm talking about XPS models only

    Thanks in advance.

In my case the m90 got replaced with the m1730... I guess the m90 can be seen as a xps m1710...

Dont worry Sergiop - you still ahv the 30 day return policy, should something go [accidentally] wrong.......... ;)

You may have to wait a while though, you know what Dell are like!

yeah, but my original order was on a m90 ordered in 2006, I dont see how this 30 day trial period is gonna help me, since I pretty much have to deal with what they decided, which after 4 months of fighting its more or less looking better and better.

Did you have to argue at all? or did they just decide that you deserved a m1730 since you had the m90

    how about the m170?

First they ordered an m6300, but the graphics card was so crappy we looked for a solution that fitted both dell and me, so it was either an XPS M1730 or money back... and it was the xps...

To get the resolution was like 3-4 days of talks, to get a working xps... Im still waiting for one XD
