I just got my motherboard replaced by the dell service guy, but now the fan seems to be constantly running on high. Anyone have any idea why this is and how to stop it?

You need to call them back.
The guy probably screwed up somewhere when re-attaching the heatsink. -
But the temperature seem fine, they are all sub 50.

Tsunade_Hime such bacon. wow
Have you checked your BIOS setting? Sometimes later Dell BIOS can fix noisy/loud fans. To get latest BIOS go to support.dell.com and punch in your service tag.

I've managed to fix it. For some reason the BIOS was is 'manufacturing mode' and there was a prompt to press Fn + x to return it to normal mode. I had to video the startup and go through each frame because the prompt flashes by so quickly.
