I was just wondering if anyone has noticed their power adapter getting extremely hot? I just got the Studio XPS 16 laptop today and I have never seen an adapter get so hot.

I have several versions of 90-Watt chargers, and they all get hot to the touch. The PA-10, and the PA-3E are hot when I use them a lot.

Same here, they get friggin hot, specially when gaming.

dell's car adapter actually burnt my finger after 2 hours of usage, so i think the normal 90W adapters are running cool in comparison :D

Yea the PA-3E is the one they sent me with my XPS 16, it was so hot, I would have got burnt if I actually put my hand around it.
