I'm trying to recycle my "old" laptop xps 1530m as a download (legal stuff) center. It suffered from enormous overheat. Techy guy went at home, changed all the heat dissipation implant but after 6 monthes i was again with overheating problem. It reached 90-95 °C of core only watching video on Youtube, GPU near 100 °C.

Tried to unmount heat dissipation iomplant in order to repast but 2 screw are blocked so no repasting. I inflated compressed air to clean from dust.
Also i underclocked it to 40% max power by tinkering with Energy saving settings. Also i undervolted it (0.97something minimal value) following an alreadyu tested setting matrix i found here.
I Underclocked the Nvidia card to abount 30% of original power, using MSI afterburner.

Now when i watch youtube GPU reach a maximum of 55-65 °C, core reaches 40-50 °C. Same situation right now while downloading windows updates. It's ok but.....the palmrest is actually reallly hot. HD temperature is fines, the matter is the wireless card ! If i touch under the palm rest the plastic is VERY HOT!

Wireless card is Intel 4965 agn. Is this an already known issue ? What can i do to fix it, instead of using only cable connection for net ?

Unfortunately this laptop is out of warranty
