    Hello everyone,

I have reinstalled a clean, fresh version of Windows 7. I have installed all necessary drivers. Currently, when comparing the program list to my program list my Dell initially shipped with, I am currently missing two programs which may or may not be important.

    1. Advanced Audio FX Engine (Creative Technologies)
    2. Intel Control Center

I have installed all the audio, chipset, SATA drivers.
Neither of these programs are in the Dell Drivers CD either.

Are either of these important? Regardless of their importance, where can I download both of these programs.
Yes, I have googled for both of these programs. I can't find #1 and #2 I can only find the intel control centre for desktop chips.

    Thanks!

They are not important at all.

However, you paid for the Audio FX (which is a software audio enhancement), so that was a waste.

Anyways, it should be available in the dell download if you put in your service tag instead of searching by model

It also in your dell software folder if you backed it up.
Otherwise, you are pretty much out of luck. Try calling tech support for it.

Log into http://downloadstore.dell.com/media. All the bundled software is there for download. I have downloaded the Webcam Central and powerdvd from there. It should have your AudioFX

if u install the rapid storage technology driver (for sata ahc driver) then there's an option for the intel control center, but u don't really need it.
