    Hi,

I've got a problem with the USB Ports on my XPS 15. When there is a external drive plugged in into one of my USB 3 ports and I touch the cable or move the pc it loses the connection. With the USB 2 port that doesn't happen. Is anyone else experiencing those issues?

    Please help...

I too am losing contact most frequently. It began with my camera and downloading pics. Now it's the mouse, the printer, everything.
I understand the USB controller is on the motherboard...not good for any of us.
