    hey guys I am not sure if this is a chrome issue but my audio and video keep stuttering, not bad but very irritating, I use a portable AMP/DAC with my gears however it has never given me that problem before, even if I use the laptop speaker, it does it after long use of the laptop. The only thing I know that fix this issue is a reboot.

    I am currently on window 8.1 if anyone have a fix please help, thank you.
