What does everyone do for DUAL EXTERNAL monitors?

HDMI and MINI DISPLAY PORT? Do you use any adapters to go a different direction?

For my L502x I will be using the Mini Display Port with a vga adapter. I have an old 20" viewsonic monitor where the DVI connection has given up - so stuck with vga.

Will be using the HDMI port for the TV.

I've used my l501x to run two monitors. I used a mini-displayport to displayport cable and an HDMI cable. It ran both monitors and the laptop screen at the same time. I didn't run it for long, but it seemed to work fine.

Just a followup -- I got a mini-display port to HDMI (intended for MAC) and it works perfectly (newer one supports audio pass-through). Setup two more screens no problem. It was a cheap and easy solution. You can also get mini-display port to DVI if you have older monitors without HDMI.
