    XPS 1330 battery life

    What is the battery life of the M1330, integrated graphics, with the 4 Cell battery? how about the 6 Cell?

    It depends also on the kind of processor you have, hard drive, etc, what your doing with it, etc. Though here is the battery life estimate akniss, a M1330 owner has.

    On the 4 cell battery, he gets almost exactly 2 hours of battery life while doing normal stuff (internet browsing, word processing, wifi on the whole time). On the 9-cell, he get a little over 5 hours, so I imagine the 6 cell battery would be somewhere in between.

    I have the 6 cell battery.
    I get around 3 hours 5~15 minutes with normal usage ( surfing the web, using office )
    I have undervolted a lot using rmclock so I guess out of the box you will get around 2 hours 40~50 mins

    Yeah the number I posted were without any undervolting. Amazing how big of a diff it makes doesn't it? :)

    With my config, I get exactly 4 hours on the 6 cell battery at about 60% brightness setting.
