I'm ordering the Dell XPS 1330 laptop for my daughter. She mainly just uses it for college classes, AIM, internet etc. No gaming or watching DVDs. I'm just gettng the Core duo 8100 processor, 3 gig of ram, and integrated graphics. The standard configuration is a 4 cell battery, $30 more for the 6 cell. Is it worth paying the extra for the 6 cell, or is the 4 cell good enough? Thanks in advance.

I had the 9-cell, and even that wasn't enough for more than 4 hours with the Intel IGP. I can't imagine a 4-cell's battery life.

I think you will have better luck, longevity with the 6 cell. vs. the 4 cell! :D
