The XPS 13 is no longer available for sale in the UK.

I made an order last week, which has had its estimated arrival time put back by 11 days and was told that there's a missing 'part' which they won't be receiving until the 13th.

On Dell UK's website today, the laptop is no longer available for purchase, though it still shows as available in the US, Germany, France etc.

The FHD version is still available here and the developer edition here.

Both of the Home retail XPS 13s have (had?) FHDs and they were both missing for most of yesterday, with the cheaper 128gbSSD and i5 model now gone entirely. It still shows in the business section for some reason, which given the problems my order is having would suggest there's a stock issue and possibly the maching being intended to be refreshed early on for Haswell.

I got hold of one of these from the dell outlet (UK) a week or so ago, it came with a wireless fault unfortunately but an engineer swapped out the wireless card and it's perfect now :D One thing I did notice was that the technician I got in contact with to arrange the repair wanted to swap out the screen because of the antennas and they were holding off the repair with no mention of when they'd do it because the FHD panel was out of stock, perhaps it's that?
When they said they'd wait I just said "lol nope" and got them to swap just the WLAN card, no way I'm waiting for a replacement part I don't need when my 1080p panel is perfect.

edit: a look in the outlet store confirms it for me, there are no 1080p l322x XPS 13s on there now either.

I bought a FHD model from the outlet last week - the problem is that those models seem to get snapped up very, very quickly, whereas it seems no one wants the 720p models... took me two attempts to buy one without someone else snatching it first (seems that even if you put it into your basket, someone else can still buy it if they get to checkout before you).
