    Hi Guys,

Having difficulty doing a clean install of Windows 10, I've followed all the guides and tried using the latest Intel RST drivers but it doesn't see any hard drives during the installation process. Strange thing is when I browse to load the drivers I can see the Toshiba drive and its contents mounted under C:\

I've tried Raid and AHCI, also disabled the SATA port only leaving the M2.Sata enabled. Still doesn't work.

Has some overcome this issue? Can you give me some pointers?

    Thanks

When I first installed the SM951 256GB....I had the same issue. I did the below, and it somehow worked for the install - then let me switch all the settings back afterwards, and still detected the drive.

    Go into Bios Settings (F2)

    Tab: Secure Boot

Disable Secure Boot (Save, don't exit)

    Tab: Advanced Boot Options:

Enable Legacy Options Roms (Save, Don't exit)

    Tab: Boot Sequence

Select Legacy Boot List (Save, exit)

I am not entirely sure why it worked for the install and all the original settings only worked after Windows was installed....but it worked, so can't complain.

I can't 100% say I did it in that exact order, but I just tried to re-create to get the steps - essentially, play around and I am pretty sure it will work for you!

Grab my ISO for my sig and follow the instructions, will work on yours but you may need to have the wifi drivers on it as well.
