I have a Dell XPS 13 9343 that recently stopped charging even though it is plugged into AC power. Light on front of laptop lights up white and stays lit. Screen dims when AC disconnected and brightens back up when AC reconnected. When in Windows it says AC connected and charging, but it is not charging. Computer exhibits no other signs of issues.

Unit will only run off battery and does not accept power from AC unit. I have tried replacing power cord and replacing battery, both of which are functional. I ran the Dell F2 diagnosis and found no issues. When plugged in the diagnosis detects 45w adapter, but also says charger not detected as seen in attached photo.

My next step is to replace the DC jack, but I am thinking that the motherboard is malfunctioning. Anyone come across this issue before?

    Thanks.
